The ZK26 series facing head is a medium-duty and large-sized CNC facing head used in boring machines, machining centers, and specialized machine tools. It consists of a rotating body and a supporting body. The support body is installed on the main machine casing, and the rotating body is powered by the machine tool spindle with transmission ratio through the end face key to rotate. The sliding plate is driven by the servo motor inside the support body in the form of the machine tool U-axis. Its CNC system is equipped with a rotary encoder as a detection and compensation device, which is a semi closed-loop digital control system that can achieve precise, fast, and high torque cutting, suitable for equipping large and medium-sized CNC machine tools.
